We sell bulk meat! 
1/2 or Whole Pigs and 1/4 cows..

All my livestock are naturally raised, not Certified Organic. The cows have a diet of 90% hay and grass and 10% grain. We hay our own fields so we do not put fertilizers or pesticides on the fields. All my current animals were bred, born, and raised on the farm.

Each animal has a cost analysis done prior to butchering in order to determine the price per pound. The price per pound continuously changes to maintain current butcher cost, prices on grain, and raising costs in order to be as fair and competitive as possible. The typical price per pound for beef is between $6.00-$7.00 and pork is $4.50-$5.50. All of our meat comes in packages that are individually wrapped, vacuum sealed, and frozen, They are USDA approved.

In case you haven't purchased 'bulk" meat in the past, I have added a list of approximate cuts you get from 1/4 cow and a half of pig. Keep in mind the final hanging weight of the animal determines the size of the cuts as well as the final price. Most of our cows typically hang between 600 and 800 lbs, so 1/4 cow usually has a hanging weight of between 150-200 lbs. Pigs typically hang at 160-200 lbs, so half is between 80-100 lbs. 

I do require a $250 deposit on bulk meat orders.

The cost analysis on the cows for  2017, ends up at $6.45/lb hanging weight, this is the current price.

A quarter (1/4) cow typically includes the following: (the weights of the roasts vary -about 3-5 lbs and the steaks are 1" thick but different sizes). Each steak typically weighs around a pound. The cuts of steak can and do vary depending on what Butcher I go to and what processing I choose.

2 Shoulder roasts (4-5 lbs ea)
13 pkg mix sausage- ground pork and Sweet Italian  (1 lb ea)
8 pkg Country Style Ribs (1 lb ea)
1 Sirloin Roast (4-5lbs)
1 Shank Roast (4-5lbs)
1 Butt Roast (4-5lbs )
6 pkg Center Cut Pork Chop (2lb ea)
1 Pork Rib Rack (2-3lbs)
4 Ham Steaks (about 2 lbs ea)
2 Shoulder Roast (2-3 lbs ea)

Smoked Meat:

9 Packages of Bacon (about 1lb ea)
